HyGenikx Reduces Food Hygiene Risks…

HyGenikx is a wall mounted, plug-in unit, that uses specialised technology to significantly improve the hygiene of an areawell beyond what can be achieved with standard cleaning alone. HyGenikx eradicates viruses and bacteria, including those known to cause food poisoning (e.g., Listeria, Salmonella, E. coli and Norovirus). Kitchens install HyGenikx as they want to maintain good hygiene control—and complement staff best practice—to minimise the risks of these pathogens spreading. HyGenikx works by using a combination of the most effective air and surface germicidal UVC technology to eradicate harmful bacteria and viruses, VOCs (volatile organic compounds), moulds and fungi.
